The First Presbyterian Church of Perry, Oklahoma, hosts an annual "Backpack Blessings" initiative to provide free, essential school supplies to local students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Fueled by community donations, this inclusive program allows families to select necessary items, fostering excitement and ensuring all children start the school year prepared.
Tentative Time schedule:
8:00 AM – 5K start
9:00 AM – Awards Bandstand
9:30 AM – Vendors, touch-a-truck, free activities
10:00 AM – Live band starts
10:00 AM–1:00 PM Band
2:00PM – Event ends
